As a registered BAS agent and a registered member of professional associations we are required to be appropriately qualified and keep up to date with professional development; be fit and proper and have professional indemnity insurance
- Identifying our CLIENTS NEEDS. Once we understood what it was that clients wanted we were able to define our products.
We understand that no two clients are the same and that all small businesses have to manage costs. With this in mind we first understand what it is that you as the client want / need and we then implement a package for a monthly fixed fee.
- Making sure that the team we have in place for the business aspire to our values and that they put the client’s needs above all else.An important element was having a happy team.
